Thank you, Elbert Guillory!

I  just wanted to share the central problem of the Left and the Democratic Party, as taken from the speech of Elbert Guillory, a black Louisiana State Senator who recently changed his affiliation from Democrat to Republican.

"The Left is ...only concerned with one thing:  Control.  And they disguise this control as charity."

Thank you Elbert, for sharing the exact same reason why I left the Left--and doing so with greater eloquence than I could ever demonstrate.

You may all have already seen this You Tube, but I wanted to post the link just in case. 

Though brief (under 5 minutes), this is a great, great, great speech.  I only wish that I, as an angry young man in my 20's, could have found the words, wisdom, and calm nature to so aptly explain my conversion away from the Democrats.
